1 dead after single-vehicle crash on westbound I-70, just east of Kipling
DENVER (KDVR) -- One person died and two people were hospitalized Saturday morning after a single-vehicle crash on westbound Interstate 70, just east of Kipling. The Wheat Ridge Police Department said just after 7 a.m. that the crash shut westbound I-70 down to one lane between Kipling and Wadsworth. All lanes have since been reopened. In an update at 1:17 p.m., WRPD said one person remains in serious condition, while the other "is expected to be okay." Police are investigating the crash.
