
WSP looking for witnesses to deadly hit-and-run in South Seattle
The Washington State Patrol is asking for witnesses to come forward regarding a deadly crash in South Seattle. The incident occurred on Saturday night on southbound State Route 509 near Myers Way around 11:40 p.m. Two cars and a motorcycle were involved, resulting in the motorcyclist's tragic death. The WSP investigation found that a Honda Accord hit the motorcycle after driving recklessly, with a gray vehicle then hitting the motorcycle. The driver responsible for the collision fled the scene. The suspect vehicle is believed to be a 2016-2017 Honda Accord, identified by parts left at the site. Anyone with information is urged to contact Detective Gagley at [email protected].
