Woman injured in White Creek car accident, electrical shock

On June 25, the Washington County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) responded to a rollover accident in White Creek. A woman from Eagle Bridge lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a utility pole on Andrews Road, causing the car to flip over. Live power lines fell onto the car, starting a fire while she was inside. The woman suffered from electrical shocks as she attempted to get out of the car. She was eventually rescued by emergency responders and airlifted to Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston for treatment. The crash is still being investigated.
