Woman from Meriden accused of causing crash that resulted in the death of her child, according to police
A Meriden woman has been arrested by state police in connection with a crash that occurred in December 2023, resulting in the death of her 11-month-old son, according to the arrest warrant. The child sustained life-threatening injuries in the accident and was pronounced dead at the hospital. The woman, 32-year-old Fransheska Stuart, turned herself in to authorities upon the issuance of an active arrest warrant. Stuart faces charges related to the incident and was unable to post her $375,000 bond, leading to her transfer to the Department of Corrections.
