Woman facing charge in connection to fatal crash in Santa Fe
SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – Ana Reyes, 23, has been charged with Homicide by Vehicle (Driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug) after a crash on April 19. Reyes is accused of hitting and killing 41-year-old Marcial Romero while driving under the influence. At 2:05 a.m., officers responded to a crash near Agua Fria Street and Cottonwood Drive. Around 2:05 a.m. on April 19, officers responded to a crash near Agua Fria Street and Cottonwood Drive. Romero was found on scene with serious injuries.
