Woman dies in two-vehicle collision in Camden County

CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. — A woman has died after law enforcement responded to a two-vehicle crash in Camden County on Thursday, June 11. The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) has stated in a crash report that a 45-year-old Edgewater, Colorado woman has died following a crash around 2:55 p.m. near Missouri Route 7, north of Route Z. Troopers say the crash occurred as the Colorado woman was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado north when she crossed the center line into southbound traffic. MSHP claims the woman struck a 29-year-old Lake Ozark man driving a 2012 Ford F450 with a 40-year-old Camdenton man and a 34-year-old Newburg man as passengers. The Colorado woman was pronounced dead on the scene by a Camden County Medical Examiner. After the crash, the 40-year-old man was reported with serious injuries, while the other two men had moderate injuries. The men were all transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital. The woman and the three men were not wearing seatbelts during the incident, according to the report. This is the third traffic fatality for June and the 28th fatal crash for 2026 for Troop F.
