Woman dead, 3 others injured after crash in Clermont County
JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) — One woman is dead and three others were injured after a head-on collision in Clermont County Saturday. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, an 18-year-old man in a Toyota Corolla was traveling northeast on US-50 near Smokey Road in Jackson Township just before 4 p.m. when he went left of center and struck a Nissan Frontier being driven by 56-year-old Kimberly Boyer of Hillsboro. The Corolla then traveled off the left side of the road, and the Frontier came to rest in the roadway. Boyer was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The 18-year-old was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, and two juveniles in Boyer's vehicle were also injured and transported to local hospitals. The crash is currently under investigation.
