Woman crashes into parked car in Plainfield
PLAINFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) — A woman suffered minor injuries after crashing into a parked car Saturday afternoon in Plainfield. A 68-year-old Canterbury woman was driving her blue Hyundai Tucson westbound on Prospect Street at 4:30 p.m. The driver was issued a verbal warning for failure to maintain lane after striking the rear end of a parked unoccupied pickup truck. Both vehicles sustained significant damage and were towed from the scene. The woman was taken to a medical facility for minor injuries.
