Wichita police searching for witnesses to fatal pedestrian accident
The Wichita Police Department is seeking witnesses following a tragic incident where two pedestrians were hit by a vehicle on Saturday night. The incident occurred on S. Southwest Blvd. and led to the injury of a 26-year-old woman and 32-year-old Joseph Cox, who unfortunately passed away due to his injuries. The woman is currently in serious condition but is expected to recover. The driver has been identified, and witnesses are urged to reach out to the Accident Follow-Up Investigators at 316-350-3689 if they have any information to share.
