Waymo linked to fatal accident in Tempe, as per police
A fatal incident occurred in Tempe when a motorcyclist was involved in a crash with another car and a Waymo vehicle overnight, according to police reports. The collision occurred around 1:20 a.m. near the intersection of Rural Road and Apache Boulevard. Sadly, the motorcyclist was transported to the hospital but did not survive. The Waymo vehicle was empty at the time of the accident. Authorities apprehended the driver of the second car, who is identified as an ASU student.
