Water Street crash victims tell their story after a driver breached barricade and struck them
Chloe Handrich and Samantha Zganjar shared their harrowing experience in an exclusive interview with TMJ4. The two young women were struck and severely injured by a driver in downtown Milwaukee. Surveillance footage captured the moment when the driver disregarded police barricades and collided with Handrich and Zganjar, causing life-changing injuries to both. The driver received citations for failing to yield, driving without insurance, and having a revoked/suspended registration. Despite the traumatic event, Handrich and Zganjar remain determined to seek justice and accountability for the preventable crash.
