Virginia Giuffre hospitalized after car accident with school bus

Virginia Giuffre, well-known for accusing Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of wrongdoing, recently shared on Instagram that she was in a car accident involving a school bus and is now hospitalized. She posted a photo of herself in a hospital bed with visible bruises on her face. While Giuffre mentioned serious health issues in her post, authorities in Australia, where she lives, have suggested the injuries may not be as severe as claimed. Her spokesperson confirmed she is receiving medical care and appreciates the support from well-wishers. Reports from Western Australia Police mentioned a minor car-bus collision near Perth on March 24 with no reported injuries. Giuffre's current hospitalization in Perth is confirmed, and while she does have visible bruises, the cause has not been disclosed. Giuffre has been a prominent figure in the allegations against Jeffrey Epstein, claiming she was trafficked and sexually abused as a minor. In 2021, she sued Prince Andrew for alleged sexual abuse, resulting in a settlement the following year. Prince Andrew agreed to make a substantial donation to Giuffre's charity and acknowledged her as a victim of abuse. Jeffrey Epstein, implicated in numerous cases of sexual abuse, died by suicide before facing trial on federal charges in 2019.
