A tragic incident occurred in Queens when a car collided with a food truck, resulting in three fatalities. The accident took place at the intersection of 42nd Street and 19th Avenue around 8:37 a.m. According to authorities, a Toyota Corolla struck two men aged 42 and 70 who were standing near the food truck. Video footage captured the speeding car colliding with the truck before hitting a Volvo sedan driven by a third man. Tragically, both the driver of the Corolla and the 70-year-old pedestrian succumbed to their injuries at the hospital, while the 42-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. The names of those involved have not been disclosed yet. One witness shared his relief at narrowly avoiding the accident, recounting the chaos that ensued and expressing gratitude for escaping unharmed despite the destruction of his vehicle.
