A driver going the wrong way crashed into a vehicle early in the morning on May 26, claiming the lives of Nicole and Jay Horne from Oostburg, with their daughter suffering severe injuries. The incident occurred when Ace Vue suddenly made a U-turn on the interstate, leading to the fatal accident on I-43. Vue, who was driving, has been charged with two counts of first-degree reckless homicide and one count of first-degree reckless injury and could potentially face a lengthy prison sentence. His bond has been set at $2 million.
