Video: Drivers rush to assist woman in Arden Hills deadly accident
A tragic incident took place on Tuesday when a 21-year-old woman from Brooklyn Park lost her life in a rollover accident on Interstate 694 in Arden Hills. The Minnesota Department of Transportation cameras recorded the event in real-time. The crash occurred around 6:30 p.m. near Highway 10 in Arden Hills, as a White Subaru Legacy veered from the right lane to the left shoulder, hitting the guardrail, rolling over, and colliding with a Honda CR-V before coming to a rest on its side. Footage from traffic cameras also captured the response of nearby drivers who rushed to assist. The driver of the Subaru Legacy, identified as Fatuma Yussuf Sharif-Isaack, was unfortunately pronounced dead at the hospital as she had not been wearing a seat belt. The passengers in her vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries, while the driver of the Honda CR-V was unharmed.
