Victims of Lake Greenwood boat crash identified
Over the Fourth of July weekend, tragedy struck on Lake Greenwood in Laurens County, S.C., as two lives were lost in a boating accident. The victims, identified as Thomas Chandler Davis and Abby Katherine Davis, were aboard an Alumacraft boat that was hit from behind by a Yamaha boat. The SC Department of Natural Resources responded to the scene and discovered that two others were injured in the collision. The operator of the Yamaha boat has been arrested and charged with two counts of felony boating under the influence, while the investigation continues.
