Victim identified in fatal Lackawanna County crash
SOUTH ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Lackawanna County Coroner has identified the victim of a fatal crash in South Abington Township. 70-year-old Michael G. Fedorka, of Dickson City, passed away in the hospital after a two-car crash on the 700 block of North State Street around 8:00 p.m. Sunday. According to Chief Wolfe of the South Abington Police Department, the crash was a head-on collision between two pickup trucks. Chief Wolfe says the driver of the other vehicle is a 58-year-old man from Scranton who is in critical condition. The South Abington Township Police Department is investigating the crash. PSP Dunmore also responded to the incident.
