The deceased has been identified as Nathaniel Haddix, a 26-year-old resident from Fortson, Georgia. Haddix was involved in a single-vehicle motorcycle accident on US Highway 80 East in Phenix City and was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident is currently being investigated.
