Two young individuals hurt in car accident in Downtown Pittsburgh

A teenage boy and girl were hurt early on Saturday when their car collided with three parked vehicles downtown on the Boulevard of the Allies. The boy was critically injured while the girl was in stable condition. Emergency responders were called to the crash scene at 1:45 a.m. and found the teens trapped in their vehicle. They were freed and taken to the hospital; the boy suffered a broken pelvis and two broken legs. Authorities found a gun in the car, and the incident is still under investigation by law enforcement.
