Highway 269 Collision Results in Minor Injuries AVENAL, Calif. (May 14, 2025) -- A minor injury car accident happened Wednesday morning on Skyline Boulevard (SR-269) at Avenal Cutoff Road in Avenal. The two-vehicle collision occurred around 6:47 a.m. on May 14th, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP officials reported the drivers of a white Toyota Prius and a white Honda were involved, but it's unknown what led up to the traffic accident. Avenal police and paramedics were on the scene to assist at least one person with minor injuries, but there are no further details.
