Two-vehicle accident in Columbus injures five people, involving COTA bus
Several individuals were sent to the hospital in the early hours of Sunday following a collision between a Central Ohio Transit Authority bus and another vehicle in east Columbus. The accident occurred at the junction of Parsons Avenue and East Town Street around 12:19 a.m. Five individuals were transported to a nearby hospital due to injuries sustained in the crash. Among these five individuals, three were admitted to Grant Medical Center, with one in critical condition, another in serious condition, and the third in stable condition. The other two individuals were taken to Nationwide Children's Hospital in stable condition. Columbus police will be conducting an investigation into the incident.
