Two locals identified in deadly I-70 crash, passenger critical
Two individuals who tragically lost their lives in a head-on collision on Interstate 70 have been identified as Donna Havens of Wheeling and William Magers of Glen Dale, West Virginia. The incident occurred near the Claysville exit, with a Hyundai sedan veering into westbound lanes and striking a Ford SUV. Both drivers were fatally injured, while a female passenger in the SUV sustained serious injuries and a juvenile passenger was unharmed.
