Two Killed in Crash at Temperance and Belmont Avenues in Fresno County

DUI Suspect, Luis Felix, 18, Among Several Injured FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (March 31, 2025) -- Two people were killed, and seven others injured Saturday after a DUI suspect fled police and crashed at Temperance and Belmont Avenues in Fresno County. Andrew Webb, 19, of Fresno, and Adrian Labra Jr., 19, of Sacramento, both died in the crash. The deadly collision occurred around 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, March 29th, according to the California Highway Patrol. Police attempted to pull over Luis Felix, 18, of Fresno, who was allegedly driving recklessly in a Dodge Charger. The teenager, who had four passengers, led police on a chase that ended with the multi-vehicle crash at Temperance and Belmont. The Dodge reportedly clipped the back of a Toyota Camry that was stopped at a stop sign, causing the victim's car to spin around and the Dodge crashed head-on with a Chevrolet Tahoe SUV that was traveling north on Temperance. Two 19-year-old passengers from the Dodge died at the scene and a 20-year-old passenger was critically injured. The fourth passenger was wearing a seatbelt and survived with minor injuries. The driver of the Dodge was also critically injured and taken to Community Regional Medical Center. Meanwhile, the driver of the Tahoe was an off-duty Fresno County Sheriff's Deputy who was with his wife and three children ages 1, 4, and 9 years old. His wife suffered moderate injuries and his children were treated for minor injuries. Also, the driver of the Toyota was treated for minor injuries.
