Two injured in one-car accident in Lawrence
Early Sunday morning in Lawrence, Indiana, a crash involving a single vehicle resulted in two individuals being injured. The Lawrence Police Department responded to the scene at Pendleton Pike and Post Road after finding the smoking car around 2:37 a.m. Thankfully, officers were able to assist the occupants, who had sustained serious injuries, out of the vehicle, and they were reported to be in stable condition. Following the rescue, the crashed car caught fire. The LPD crash investigation team was dispatched to investigate the incident, but at present, no further details have been released.
