The aircraft, a Vans RV-10, departed from William J. Fox Airfield in Lancaster and was en route to Camarillo Airport when the crash happened. The pilot, a passenger, and the canine were all killed in the crash. The victims' identities have not been disclosed yet. The incident took place in the Wood Ranch area of Simi Valley, with investigations being carried out by both the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board. Eyewitnesses, such as homeowner Arman Hovakemian, recounted the harrowing experience, with the plane narrowly missing their residence. Other affected residents, such as P.J.
