Trump plans to give Giuliani the Presidential Medal of Freedom
President Donald Trump has announced that Rudy Giuliani, former Mayor of New York City and distinguished American patriot, will be receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honor in the country. Trump expressed his pleasure in awarding this honor to Giuliani, who was recently involved in a car accident, sustaining injuries including a spinal fracture. Giuliani was struck from behind while assisting a woman involved in a domestic violence incident in New Hampshire. Despite his injuries, Giuliani remained in good spirits and fully alert, and is scheduled to undergo physical therapy. The driver of the vehicle Giuliani was in, Ted Goodman, also sustained injuries but is in stable condition. The police are investigating the crash, and no charges have been filed at this time. Giuliani gained national recognition for his leadership after the 9/11 attacks and later played a significant role in supporting President Trump and his legal team. Despite facing legal challenges and being barred from practicing law in New York and Washington, D.C., Giuliani has denied any wrongdoing. Previous recipients of the Presidential Medal of Freedom include individuals such as the Apollo 11 crew, Denzel Washington, Simone Biles, and Rush Limbaugh.
