Truck driver from Ohio dies in accident on I-90
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A truck driver from Ohio died after he hit a cement pillar in a median on Thursday morning on I-90 in Westfield, New York State Police said Friday. Police responded to the crash around 10:15 a.m. Thursday. A Freightliner box truck, driven by 41-year-old Larry Littlejohn, went onto the left shoulder of I-90 eastbound and hit a cement pillar of the Hawley Street overpass. Littlejohn, of Columbus, Ohio, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was the only person in the truck. An autopsy is scheduled to be performed at ECMC.
