The driver of the Range Rover involved in the accident cooperated with investigators, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. Fernando's family has since set up a verified GoFundMe page to gather funds for his funeral and legal expenses associated with seeking justice for the tragic loss of their beloved grandfather.
