The video captures Finn walking among numerous students near moving buses on what his parents called a hazardous "concrete island." Despite the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department concluding that Finn's death was accidental, his parents stress that there are accountability issues with both the school district and the bus company. They emphasize that this incident was not merely a "freak accident," highlighting the unsafe environment in which the tragedy occurred.
