Siena University is mourning the unexpected passing of men’s lacrosse head coach Liam Gleason, who tragically died following an accident at his home. The 41-year-old, who recently led Siena to their first Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference title since 2014, had been a beloved figure at the university, located just north of Albany, New York. Coach Gleason, honored as the MAAC's 2025 coach of the year, leaves behind his family including his wife Jaclyn and their three children. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. on Saturday at the UHY Center at Siena.
