The accident occurred at Amber Glen Farm & Equestrian Center on 6348 102nd Ave. N., where officers arrived around 8:30 a.m. According to Lt. John Shea from the Pinellas Park Police Department, Billy Reed, the husband of council member Patti Reed, did not survive. While further details about the incident were not disclosed, Shea clarified that there were no criminal or suspicious elements involved. The farm, referred to as a "working farm" by Shea, functions as a boarding and training site for horse riding.
