Tragic death of 15-year-old cyclist in Dunedin crash
In Dunedin, Florida, a 15-year-old bicyclist tragically passed away on Sunday following a collision with another teenager last month. The incident occurred on Oct. 22 as Viktor Rakaj was cycling north on New York Avenue, near Main Street. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office reported that at that time, a 2024 Hyundai Elantra, driven by a 16-year-old, was moving east on Main Street, leading to the crash. Viktor was rushed to a nearby hospital with severe injuries, but unfortunately, he did not survive.
