The incident began when police pulled over a driver wanted for alleged crimes on Interstate-95. The driver fled the scene, leading to a crash on the I-95 Marsh Road exit, causing injuries to three others, including a 10-year-old girl. The driver, a 33-year-old man, sustained critical injuries. The 4-month-old boy, identified as Maurice Brown Jr., tragically passed away despite being unrestrained. A 32-year-old woman and the 10-year-old girl were hospitalized in stable condition.
