Tragic accident involving UM Football player kills 2 children, injures others.
Sadly, a tragic accident occurred in Largo, Florida, resulting in the loss of two children's lives and multiple injuries over the weekend. The Largo Police Department responded to a collision between a Dodge Durango and a Kia Soul at Orangeview Drive and Ridge Road. Tragically, a 10-year-old and a 4-year-old child lost their lives in the crash. A concerned neighbor, who chose to remain anonymous, recounted the events, emphasizing the high-speed driving issues in the area. The driver of one of the vehicles, Adarius Hayes, is a University of Miami football player, as confirmed by Largo PD PIO Megan Santo. Despite this devastating event, authorities do not suspect alcohol played a role in the accident.
