Tragic accident in southern Delaware County results in two fatalities
Two people from Adair County tragically lost their lives in a car accident in southern Delaware County. The incident occurred on Thursday morning, leading to the closure of parts of US 412-Alternate. The crash site was near Flint Creek, close to Kansas, Okla. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol disclosed that those who died were from Westville, aged 69 and 74. While the cause of the crash was not provided, the OHP mentioned that the victims' identities are being kept private until their loved ones are notified. Furthermore, the driver of the other vehicle, a 55-year-old from Colcord, also remains unnamed. More information on this devastating collision will be shared once it is made available.
