
Tragic accident claims life of Lancaster County toddler.
In Lancaster County, a tragic incident occurred where a 16-month-old child from Leola, Pennsylvania, lost their life due to injuries sustained in a farming accident. The incident took place on a property in Upper Leacock Township on March 15th. Authorities responded to a residence on Horseshoe Road following reports of a cardiac arrest. It was later discovered that the toddler had been struck by a forklift while on an unpaved pathway on the property. The cause of death was determined to be multiple traumatic injuries, and the incident was deemed accidental.
