Tragic accident: 13-year-old dies in Pearland motorcycle collision
A tragic motorcycle accident in Pearland claimed the life of a young teen on Saturday morning. Police were called to the intersection of Cherry Street and Lynn Drive at around 11:10 a.m. where they discovered a collision involving a passenger vehicle and a small gasoline-powered motorcycle. Tragically, the 13-year-old male driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle stayed at the scene and assisted investigators, and neither the teen nor the other driver were named in reports. It was not mentioned whether any charges were being considered.
