A wind turbine blade fell off a tractor-trailer on Interstate 70 in Washington County, Maryland causing traffic disruption in both directions, according to the Maryland State Police. The incident occurred early Monday close to Interstate 81's Exit 26 around 5 a.m. when the blade crossed over the median and landed in the eastbound lanes. Images from Maryland Department of Transportation traffic cameras displayed the large blade blocking the highway.
