Traffic delays due to I-44 multiple-car collision
Traffic on westbound Interstate 44 near Strafford, Missouri is experiencing significant delays this afternoon due to a multi-vehicle crash involving two tractor-trailers and at least two other vehicles. Luckily, only minor injuries were reported. However, traffic has been affected, with only one lane open westbound and several miles of congestion. The Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Missouri Department of Transportation have advised that delays may persist for a couple of hours.
