TikTok influencer's husband may be charged with a felony following son's pool accident
Chandler Police Department (CPD) has completed their investigation into the tragic drowning death of three-year-old Trigg, son of social media influencer Emilie Kiser and her husband, Brady Kiser. CPD has recommended that Brady, 28, face a Class 4 felony child abuse charge, which can result in 1 to 3.75 years in prison. The incident occurred while Brady was at home with Trigg and their newborn son, Theodore, as Emilie was out with friends. Trigg was found unconscious in the family's pool, with attempts to revive him being unsuccessful. Emilie, who has a large social media following, has requested the court to block the release of investigative records related to the case, citing potential emotional harm to her and her family. Multiple public records requests have been filed, prompting concerns of privacy invasion during a deeply personal and tragic time for the family.
