Three teenagers dead, several injured in Glasgow intersection collision

Three teenagers lost their lives and several others were injured in a car accident at a Glasgow intersection on Friday night. The Glasgow Police Department reported that the crash occurred at the intersection of Veterans Outer Loop and North Jackson Highway at 11:32 p.m. The incident involved a 2016 Nissan Altima driven by 18-year-old Asa Howard and a 2017 Toyota Highlander driven by Timothy Houchens. Tragically, three passengers in the Nissan, including Emily Corbin, a 14-year-old from Bowling Green, and a 17-year-old from Edmonton, were pronounced dead. Howard and another passenger, Caden French, were taken to TJ Samson Hospital for their injuries, while a third passenger, Jabari Sweat, was also transported for treatment. Houchens and his passenger, Stephen Estes, received medical attention for their injuries as well. The police department is conducting a preliminary investigation into the incident.
