Three-car crash in Downriver - F-150 stuck beneath DTE generator trailer
A significant accident occurred at the border of Allen Park and Taylor on Thursday afternoon, leading to the closure of Pelham at Wick. A truck and two other vehicles were involved in the crash, with the truck becoming stuck under a DTE Energy generator trailer. A crane was utilized to remove the truck from underneath the trailer. The incident has resulted in a power outage affecting approximately 1,000 customers in the vicinity, according to the DTE Outage Map. Other vehicles, including a black hatchback, were also damaged in the crash. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes as crews are currently active at the scene.
