Three adults hurt in plane crash near northern MN airport

Three individuals in their twenties are recuperating following a minor aircraft accident near McGregor, Minnesota, as per the Aitkin County Sheriff's Office. The incident, which occurred on Sunday afternoon close to the Isedor Iverson Airport on West Center Avenue, was reported by 911 callers at 4:26 p.m. Responders located the plane approximately a half-mile southeast of the airport. All three occupants of the aircraft were transported to the hospital and as of Monday morning, they were reported to be in stable condition by the sheriff's office. The crash investigation revealed that the Piper PA-28 140 aircraft lost power shortly after departing from the airport in McGregor. The pilot attempted to return to the airport but crashed in a marshy region before reaching the runway. The three passengers in the airplane have been identified as 23-year-old Kaden Brazinsky and 23-year-old Jocelyn Erlandson, both residents of Ham Lake, Minnesota, and 22-year-old Wyatt Sherry from New Richmond, Wisconsin.
