Ten-year prison term for deadly Robinson traffic accident - KWKT

A 30-year-old man from Waco, Texas has been sentenced to ten years in prison for pleading guilty to intoxication manslaughter following a fatal crash that claimed the lives of two individuals in Robinson. According to McLennan County District Attorney Josh Tetens, Bobbie Daniel Molina made an open plea in front of Judge Thomas West in the 19th District Court in Waco, who imposed the sentence. The incident took place in September of 2022 on a Sunday afternoon near South 12th Street in the Robinson city limits. Molina was charged after a Ford Taurus he was driving collided with a Chevrolet Suburban pulling a travel trailer, causing it to flip over. Tragically, 73-year-old Delia Bogart was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver, 78-year-old Floyd Bogart, succumbed to his injuries after being taken to Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest. Despite efforts by bystanders and emergency responders, the injuries were fatal. The third occupant of the Suburban was treated and released. Molina's blood alcohol content at the time of the crash was found to be between .190 and .193.
