Teen killed in single-vehicle Lincoln County crash
WINFIELD, Mo. - One individual was killed in a single-vehicle accident Sunday afternoon in Lincoln County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 19-year-old man driving a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer was traveling eastbound on Route Y, west of Old Route Y and Ironweed Lane just before 5 p.m. The driver traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned. He was ejected from the vehicle. The crash report stated that the driver was not wearing a seatbelt. The Lincoln County coroner pronounced the teen dead at the scene.
