Teen in Kansas dies in UTV crash at night
A teenager tragically lost his life in a UTV accident that occurred in eastern Kansas over the weekend. The incident took place near Marshall Road and 1750 Road in Anderson County, about 2.5 miles west of Garnett. The UTV, carrying three occupants, was heading south on Marshall Road when the driver tried to turn onto 1750 Road. The UTV crashed into an embankment, causing it to flip onto its side. The 16-year-old victim, identified as Wyatt L. Witham, sadly succumbed to his injuries. Another 15-year-old passenger sustained minor injuries, while a 14-year-old escaped unharmed.
