Teen in Critical Condition Following Severe Car Crash
On the Greek island of Evia, a teenage boy is currently in critical condition after a serious road accident. The incident occurred on Monday evening along the Eretria–Vasiliko road in the Malakonta area, known for its challenging curves and limited visibility. Reports indicate the boy was hit by a passing motorcycle as he crossed the road ahead of his family. The collision was described as forceful, and despite efforts from emergency services, the boy sustained severe head injuries. He was quickly transported to the General Hospital of Chalkida before being transferred to a specialized children’s hospital in Athens for further treatment. Medical staff are working diligently to stabilize his condition.
