SUV smashes into wall of restaurant in Greenland
A recent incident in Greenland involved an SUV crashing into the wall of a local restaurant, Greenland Famous Roast Beef & Seafood. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported, but the impact caused significant damage. According to Greenland police, the SUV was struck by another vehicle, causing it to veer off the road and into the building. Lt. Wayne Bertogli explained that it appeared to be a failure to yield situation. The SUV managed to travel up an embankment and collided with the restaurant, surprising the general manager, Omar Hassan, and his employees. Despite the commotion and structural damage, everyone inside was unharmed. The restaurant has temporarily closed for inspection, but Hassan anticipates reopening soon. Authorities are investigating the incident, although no charges have been made at this time.
