Suspect in fatal Camino Media crash bails out
In Bakersfield, California, a man who was taken into custody following a fatal hit-and-run incident on Camino Media has posted bail and has been released from jail. Nicholas Aguirre Jr., the suspect, was initially scheduled for arraignment on Friday, but it has been rescheduled for mid-December as per prosecutors. Aguirre faces charges of vehicular manslaughter while under the influence and hit-and-run causing death in the crash that resulted in the death of 47-year-old Jared Paul Mitchell from Bakersfield. Mitchell's body was discovered in the 7900 block of Camino Media on October 12.
