A suspect has been arrested in Coryell County, Texas, in connection with a deadly crash that occurred on December 26, 2025. The crash led to the passing of Benny Ray Manning, 63, from Copperas Cove, Texas. The 86-year-old suspect, Russell Allan Meier, was taken into custody for Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Collision Involving Death after an investigation.
